Each client is assigned a personal bookkeeper that will use our proprietary software to manage your Concierge Bill Pay Account which
can be tied to your current checking or savings account. You can either send money to your PPS account or have PPS draw it from your existing
bank account. We only require what is needed to pay your bills each month. During set-up, PPS will work with you to determine the
most effective way to transfer money each month to allow us to pay bills. PPS will also manage all of the change of address requests
with your vendors on your behalf.
We have worked to make set-up with PPS easier than setting up a new online bill pay account. But even better, we are there to help
you every step of the way. Once you have selected a package that is right for you, simply send us your bills and transfer money to
your PPS account and we will take care of the rest. Let us help you to start working on your finances instead of in them.

Setting up your Concierge Bill Pay account is easier than setting up online bill pay. How is this possible, because we do most of the leg work for you!
Simply pick a package that works for you, send us bills and link your existing bank account and we do the rest. PPS manages the address changes to
reroute your mail to our sorting station and we also assign you your personal bookkeeper up front to help with any other transitional issues.

Monthly Packages
Our base retainer begins at $150 per month. With this you get one of our experienced personal bookkeepers assigned to your account, a set number of bills paid each month, scanned copies of your bills available online and our base monthly expense reports.
Monthly retainer rates vary. Our sales staff can work with you to determine the starting package that is right for you.
Each month, as your finances relax or get more time consuming, use PPS when needed and we will charge for only the time that you use. PPS charges in 15 minute increments for some services above your monthly retainer. Use PPS as you need it to help keep your financial life on track!
