At Balance Financial, we offer a management solution.  There are a tremendous amount of very powerful tools to help clients and businesses manage daily financials.  However, what all Balance Financial clients have in common is that no matter how good the tools are at their disposal, they need someone to manage the tools and process as well as tracking all details of the process.  By providing each client with a dedicated personal bookkeeper and by utilizing our own customized management tools, we can provide the oversight and management that clients need.   

Clients who use online banking and auto payments must still manage and review the paperwork that is received.  Users of personal financial management software struggle to not only setup the system but more often than not cannot keep up with the constant maintenance and oversight required to get accurate and up to date reports.   No matter how wonderful the technology or how plentiful the tools at clients disposal, if a client simply does not have the time or energy to manage and oversee ALL details of the process then they will not be able to manage all aspects as they should.
